Delivering a smooth, dynamic presentation and maintaining the attention of an audience is no easy task.  With planning and appropriate tools, however, your presentation can be a great experience for both you and your audience.  Whether you are overseeing a meeting within your own company, or delivering a speech at a large conference, follow these essential guidelines to take your PowerPoint presentation to the next level.
 
Planning:  A thorough visual presentation can remove a great deal of pressure and work from a presenter, but it does require investing plenty of time for research, development of ideas, and organization.  The planning process will lead you to the purpose of your presentation, and will be clear and cohesive for your audience

Ask H. David Goldman, a seasoned advertising and marketing exec, who up until 2000 served as president at a computer graphics firm. His firm, he argued to its owner, was becoming obsolete.
