• Pricing Prices are subject to change without advance notice. We make every effort to be sure the prices listed on the web site are current. However from time to time our manufacturers may update pricing without our knowledge. Any discrepancies will be brought to your attention before we begin your project.
• Payment Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
• Warranty All products unless otherwise noted will include a standard 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include any problems arising from shipping or misuse of the product. In some instances the manufacturers may have an extended warranty beyond the 30 days. If you have any problem with your product contact us and we will advise you if this is the case. The warranty covers either replacement of the product or refund at our discretion. If the product is not available we may substitute it with a similar product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We will be responsible for shipping back to the customer with a service of our choice. Any expedited shipping required will be paid by the customer.
• Returns Due to the nature of certain products, any custom orders such as graphics or custom displays cannot be returned. Standard products may be returned but will incur a 25% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. Returned items must be deemed in “as new” condition, must be packed exactly as when shipped. An RMA number is required which can be obtained by emailing us or calling a customer service representative.
• Goods damaged in shipping Upon delivery you should open your packages immediately. Note any exterior damage as well as damage to the products. Any damages must be reported immediately to the courier as well as Plus Trade Show Products. Since we have a limited time frame to report damages to the shipper any claims not made within 5 business days from delivery will be deemed the responsibility of the customer. If your products are damaged during shipping we will make every effort to replace your products as soon as possible. Simply call a customer representative and give then the information. Be sure to have your order number and packing list available.
• Order discrepancies: Please check your order carefully upon arrival. In the case of a mistake in your order we will replace the incorrect item with the proper item. All shipping charges will be covered by Plus Trade Show Products. Simply contact a customer service representative for instructions.
• Color accuracy Plus Trade Show Products has many years experience in producing graphics. Our equipment is all color profiled to industry standards and can produce the best color accuracy available in a work flow environment. However due to many variations on the input side as well as numerous variables and limitations between different types of printers and print medias we cannot guarantee 100 percent color accuracy of files. If a job’s color is extremely critical we strongly suggest you purchase a color proof. We will match the results of the color proof within 95% accuracy. If specific colors in the file are critical make be sure to bring it to our attention before we generate the proof.
• Turnaround Time Estimated turnaround time is based on when the job goes into production. Production starts after all files have been uploaded and any and all proofs have been approved. Proofs add 2 days to production time plus the required shipping time. Unfortunately any problems with supplied files or delays in approvals may delay turnaround time. Please be sure to advise us of any critical date requirements so we can do our best to help you meet them.
